Welcome to Processify. By engaging with our services, including our free process audit offer, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

PROCESSIFY IO LTD. (collectively referred to as “Processify”,“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers business process outsourcing (BPO), automation services, and related consultancy to small and medium-sized businesses. These Terms govern all services provided, including any free consultations or audits.

2. Free Process Audit Offer

The free audit offer is limited to one process per business and is provided without any obligation to purchase further services.
The audit includes a basic analysis of your selected process and a summary of potential improvements.
We reserve the right to decline a free audit request at our sole discretion if the request falls outside our scope or capacity.
The free audit does not include implementation, development, or automation work. Any further work will require a paid agreement.

Limitation of Liability:
The free audit is advisory in nature and based on the information provided by the client. We accept no liability for business losses or decisions made based on the audit unless a formal agreement for paid services is in place.

3. Paid Services

Once a service agreement is signed for paid work:

A formal Statement of Work (SOW) will be issued outlining scope, timelines, and fees.
All deliverables, support, and service levels will be bound by the details in the SOW.
Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or service contract and must be met to avoid service disruption.

4. Intellectual Property

All tools, automation solutions, templates, and documentation provided by Processify remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered assets for internal business use only.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary information disclosed during the course of service delivery or audits.

6. Data and Security

We take data protection seriously. All data shared with us will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring data they provide does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer

All services, including free and paid audits or recommendations, are offered in good faith. However, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes or business performance improvements unless expressly stated in a contractual agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice per the terms defined in the contract. For free audits, Processify.co.uk may discontinue the offer or withdraw participation at any time without liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
